Payment Options:

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card. Your secure credit card payment will be charged at the time of purchase. You may also order by mail using a personal check or Money Order. Please call us for details. Phone orders are also accepted during business hours.

Free Standard Shipping on Orders over $25.00 (except gallon sizes*)

Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt, except those placed during weekends or holidays. Our offices are open Monday – Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time.

Packages will be processed with appropriate shipping methods for your area and/or timely service.  All orders are shipped via standard Priority US Mail or UPS Ground. Shipping addresses located in Alaska or Hawaii are typically shipped via US Mail. Shipping addresses containing P.O. Boxes are also shipped via US Mail. Standard delivery time is 7 to15 business days from the time your order is processed. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii can take longer.  For an additional cost, express delivery options can be arranged. Please call us for details.

We are happy to ship your order within the United States. Note that we do not currently ship internationally.

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. If you would like to ship products to two different addresses, please place two separate orders.

*Gallon sizes are not eligible for free shipping.  $9.95 per gallon delivery charge applies.

We are pleased to offer a discount of 15% off on orders $100.00 or more. The discount will automatically be deducted at checkout. Order total must equal $100.00 or more and may not be combined with any other discount. Free shipping and discounts do not apply to gallon sized products. Call for details.

You’ll receive FREE SHIPPING, and also get a free sample with every delivery. Cancel anytime after your 2nd shipment.  (Two shipments required before cancellation.)

Returns and Exchanges:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the products to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please call us for a Return Authorization number.
